- Score 1 point — Catch the disc in-bounds in the opposing end zone to score 1 point.
- Game-to-15 standard for outdoor 7-on-7 (cap at 19, win by 2 if reached)
- Hard cap: 90 min — Soft cap warns first; hard cap ends play at 90 minutes total game-time.
- Half-time at 8 points — Half-time is called when either team reaches 8 points (or the time equivalent).
The game
- Player count & fouls — 7 per side; players self-officiate, calling own fouls and infractions; disputes resolved by discussion or re-do.
- 7 players per side — Each team fields 7 players in standard outdoor Ultimate.
