You reach out. Use the form below — tell us which sport(s) you govern and how you'd like to show up. Anonymous, no signup needed.

We verify out-of-band. A real human at OSS contacts you (typical turnaround: 3-5 days) to confirm you're who you say you are. Verification is one of two concrete mechanisms: a DNS TXT record on your federation domain, or an email exchange from a published federation address. We then cross-check against public records and official channels.

You get an email-bound invite. Once verified, we send a single-use invite token to the designated admin email. They accept, set up your org page, and invite the rest of your team.
