Overview
Team Armwrestling (TAWF) pits national teams head-to-head across multiple weight classes. Each nation fields one competitor per weight class, and the cumulative score across all matchups determines the team winner. The relay-style format prioritizes aggregated team scoring over individual medals.
How to win
- Winning a dual — Win majority of weight-class points; 1 pt per class win, 0.5 per tie.
- 1 point per weight-class win (within team dual)
- Tied class points — A tied weight class earns each team 0.5 points.
- Majority points wins — The team with the majority of weight-class points wins the dual.
- Dual tiebreaker order — Resolve tied duals by aggregate match-time, then aggregate cumulative round wins.
