Overview
ONE Championship Submission Grappling is a 1-on-1 professional super-fight format featuring elite BJJ and grappling competitors. The objective is to win by submission, with all submissions legal throughout the match. Bouts run 10–15 minutes, and if no submission occurs, a judge decision determines the winner.
