Overview
Submission Grappling (ADCC) is a 1-vs-1 no-gi competition where the objective is to submit your opponent. All submissions, including heel hooks, are legal in every weight class. Stalling or pulling guard earns negative points, keeping the action aggressive and submission-focused.
