Section 7: Violations & Penalties
- Underweight: at all times during the Competition, Car Mass must not be less than the Minimum Mass (Article C4.1)
- Unapproved fuel: no fuel may be used in a Competition or for Pre-Season Public Collective Testing without the prior written approval of the FIA (Article C16.4.2)
- Dangerous construction: the stewards may prohibit the car from participating (Article C1.2)
- Penalties for non-compliance, power unit allocations, parc fermé and cost-cap breaches are set by the Sporting and Financial Regulations and the stewards, not by Section C
