Overview
Teams compete in custom-built, non-motorized gravity-powered vehicles on a downhill course. Each run is scored on race time, vehicle design creativity, and pre-race showmanship performance. Amateur teams often construct elaborate themed designs — giant ducks, pirate ships, and banana cars among them.
