People often assume that if they can't agree on whether a shot was accurately replicated, the decision lies solely with the players themselves, but actually, in tournament play, it falls to an impartial scorekeeper or referee to make the call when needed. Official Verdict
If players disagree on whether a follower's attempt matched the Leader's called shot style or location, resolution is by group consensus. In tournament play, a designated scorekeeper or non-participating referee may adjudicate.
